1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the raja01 website accessible at https://raja01.cam, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access all Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Member's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, denoted by the symbol "Rp."
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform communications and settlement timings unless otherwise stated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on raja01, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and raja01 relating to your use of the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the raja01 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement reflects responsible gambling best practice for the Indonesian market and is strictly enforced. We may require documentary proof of age at any time.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed and localized for Indonesian players. Users accessing from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under court-ordered guardianship or declared legally incapable are not eligible.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a proxy — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order issued by raja01 or any affiliated platform.

4. Account Registration

To access betting and gaming services on raja01, you must register a Member Account. During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document).
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for two-factor authentication.
• A unique email address not previously associated with any raja01 Account.
• A preferred local bank account or e-wallet for withdrawal purposes.

raja01 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Your Account becomes fully active only after you have successfully completed the initial verification step sent to your registered email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. raja01 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC)

raja01 operates a structured KYC process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) principles. KYC verification may be triggered:

• During account registration.
• Before any withdrawal is processed.
• When cumulative deposits exceed Rp 10.000.000 within a 30-day period.
• At any time at the Platform's sole discretion where suspicious activity is identified.

Documents typically required for KYC include a government-issued photo ID (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card — or passport), a recent bank statement confirming your account details, and in some cases a selfie holding your ID document. All documents must be in clear, legible condition.

Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. raja01 is committed to processing KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday).

6. Deposits

All deposits to your raja01 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made on your behalf by a family member, friend, or agent — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Accepted deposit methods and processing times:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Minimum Rp 50.000; processed within 5 minutes during bank operating hours.
• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Minimum Rp 20.000; typically instant.

raja01 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which raja01 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in IDR. raja01 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the Platform.

7. Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal of their available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed successfully before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal must be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the raja01 Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be processed in tranches subject to security review.
• Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Under normal circumstances, raja01 processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB are processed in the first batch of the following day, typically by 07:00 WIB.

raja01 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, ongoing KYC review, an open dispute, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified promptly and provided with an estimated resolution timeline.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

raja01 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer will specify its own minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, validity period, and eligible games or sports markets.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time unless a specific promotion explicit ly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• raja01 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Wagers placed on games with an RTP exceeding the threshold specified in the individual bonus terms may not contribute fully — or at all — toward the wagering requirement.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus structures, or coordinating with other Members to circumvent wagering requirements — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential permanent account closure.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the raja01 Platform, regardless of sport, market, or game type:

• All bets are final once confirmed. raja01 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum stake per bet: Rp 10.000. Maximum stake per bet is determined by the market and displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Account Balance.
• Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.
• For football markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), settlement is based on the result at the end of 90 minutes plus added time, unless otherwise specified in the individual market rules.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, all legs must win for the bet to return a profit. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from the official draw provider and are final. No claims will be accepted based on third-party draw result sources.
• raja01 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error occurred, where match integrity is under investigation, or where the outcome was determined before the bet was accepted.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raja01 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own details or a third party's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted betting scripts, or any tool designed to provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing anomalies. Members who discover such errors must report them to support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or game outcome.
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to layer, integrate, or conceal funds of criminal origin.
• Sharing account access with another individual, operating an account on behalf of a third party, or accepting payments from others to place bets.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extracting data from the Platform without explicit written authorization.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where such access is unlawful under local jurisdiction.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the raja01 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of raja01 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from raja01 is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data

raja01 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and transfer of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with licensed KYC and payment processing partners solely for the purposes of account verification and transaction processing.

13. Responsible Gaming

raja01 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and provides every Member with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a chosen period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raja01, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of — or inability to access — the Platform.
• Losses caused by interruptions in service, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or technical failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Decisions made by Members in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Where raja01 is found to be liable for a direct loss caused by Platform negligence, our total aggregate liability to you is capped at the value of funds held in your Account at the time the loss occurred, not to exceed Rp 10.000.000 in any single claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless raja01 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, penalties, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any document incorporated by reference herein.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on your part.

16. Amendments

raja01 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja01 is incorporated as an internationally licensed entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits raja01's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
